  the Frigid Highlands!  
  It really was a sight to be seen  
  weaving through the little snow covered hills  
  Stuff in NM is measure in 10's of miles  
  the plateaus start to get a little higher

  Nothing like being @ exit 300 only to know exit 1 is the Arizona border  
  the red mountains start to make an appearance about 2 hours out of Albequerque  
  It was also starting to warm up as well  
  some obscure red dirt pile in the midle of nowhere  
  the hills looked funny dotted with small bushes. All these little towns had population signs of like 100 or less

  and this is what I pictured New Mexico to look like  
  dont mind the spec on the windshield, this straightaway was 24 miles  
  and on the other side was snowy tundra  
  some of the coolest scenery i have ever seen  
  and back to more plains
